Remote Pilot [Ag Mapping]
Contractor (Full Time, Seasonal)
Our remote pilot contractor position is perfect for an FAA Part 107 Certificated Remote Pilot with a flexible schedule who wants to work on a wide variety of primarily creative-based projects, with technical flight operations being possible, too.
The remote pilot will earn competitive pay and this position has the ability to expand into part-time, or even full-time, employment for the right candidate (especially if you’re a ground-based videographer and video editor, as well).
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 107 regulations, airspace, and LAANC system
Experience with aerial drone videography and photography
Demonstrable knowledge operating DJI sUAS platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team or solo
Strong navigation skills and vehicle capable of traveling to projects
Photo and video editing experience is a HUGE plus
Our videographer/editor position is perfect for a self-motivated creative videographer and editor with a flexible schedule who is as comfortable working in the field on production as they are in front of a computer working through post-production.
The videographer/editor will earn competitive pay and this position has the ability to expand into part-time, or even full-time, employment for the right candidate (especially if you’re also a FAA Part 107 Certificated Remote Pilot).
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge and experience with video production and post-production
Knowledge of and experience with Final Cut Pro
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a team or solo
Ability to work on multiple projects and take direction on each initiative
Strong navigation skills and vehicle capable of traveling to projects
Experience shooting with Sony mirrorless cameras is a plus
Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a HUGE plus
Our agricultural mapping contractor positions are perfect for FAA Part 107 Certificated Remote Pilots who have the ability to work full-time during the Ohio and Michigan crop growing season (roughly May-August).
These remote pilots will earn competitive pay and can increase earning potential by providing on-time deliverables. Comprehensive mapping-specific training and best-in-class equipment will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 107 regulations, airspace, and LAANC system
Demonstrable knowledge operating DJI sUAS platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to work solo
Strong navigation skills and vehicle capable of accessing target crop fields
Access to high speed internet for uploading deliverables
Experience with DJI sUAS platforms and agriculture knowledge is a plus
